Welcome to the Nairobi Mamba Village resort, located in Nairobi's leafy Karen suburb, about 13 kilometers away from the hustle and bustle of Kenya's capital city. This is a replica of natural paradise, spread over 30 acres, complete with 4-star lounge and several restaurants, with seating capacity for more than 500 guests at a time.

Besides the main and island restaurants, numerous bandas meant to provide privacy and quiet seclusion - can each comfortably seat 10 guests.

The bandas are situared on the well-manicured lawns, away from the lounge and restaurants. They are equipped with fireplaces, a truly sensible and practical source of comfort during evenings when the Karen neighbourhood gets rather chilly.

For most first time visitors to Nairobi Mamba Village, the exquisitely laid out gardens are invariably breath-taking and a pleasant sight to behold. Until recently, Nairobi Mamba Village was not listed in the city's tour companies tourists itinerary. But a number of travel firms have now included the resort in Nairobi's exclusive circuit alongside the Karen Blixen Museum, the Giraffe Center and the Nairobi National Park.

The crocodile farm is among the main attractions at Nairobi Mamba Village and the pens are home to an estimated 70 Nile crocodiles. Four Maasai Ostriches can also be found strutting around their pen with grace. Visitors often come into direct personal contact with them when given the opportunity to feed these gallant birds from their hands. The experience is always satisfying and exciting especially for children.

Nairobi Mamba Village upholds the conservation of the environment at the core of its objectives and activities. We also are endowed as custodians of a myriad natural flora and fauna - which regularly attract a variety of bird species including king fishers, cormorants, egyptian geese, ducks and the crested cranes, among others. The soon-to-be unveiled Leisure Park is expected to transform the going-out scene in Nairobi.
